LIMITORQUE L120 SERVICED AT BURRINJUK DAM

Burrinjuck Dam is a WaterNSW asset, construction began in 1909, however due to shortages caused by WW1, was not completed for another 20 years.
During construction the dam was the forth largest in the world and holds a staggering 1,026,000 ML of water.

Andrew Hartley and Frank Busse conducted site service work on the Limitorque L120-20 actuator that was later installed during the 90’s, we are happy to report back to Water NSW, that after 30 odd years of service the actuator is performing exactly how it should, it was fully tested and the site handed back to Water NSW.

The Limitorque L120 was built in Bayswater, Victoria, we still continue building the L120 alongside the Limitorque MX and QX Smart Generation actuators.
